Wireless Communications SystemsSoftware Engineer Applicants should have relevant experience in the specification and development of complex software in Wireless andor Satellite Communications General Requirements 10 to 15 years experience within a manufacturing andor operators environment specifying and developing network and spectrum management systems. Experience in working closely with customers to develop and document requirements Confident and experienced in performing tradeoffs and participating in design reviews within a large multi company project Good written and verbal communications skills Experienced in translating system requirements into a software architecture and preparing large proposals with firm fixed software estimates Areas of required experience Experience in applications software on wireless management platforms Knowledge of and experience in defining software and required hardware resources Knowledge of Network Security requirements and processes Knowledge of Network Management Standards. Note Experience with and knowledge of working in an Advanced Cellular environment with knowledge including LTE would be an asset as would direct knowledge working with satellite communications systems
