Tyson Foods Inc. will ask for city approval to build a 154-space parking lot downtown, though company officials wouldn't detail their plans in the immediate area. The company plans the parking lot on the south side of East Meadow Avenue between Luther George Grove Street Park and the railroad tracks.

Springdale girls learn about tech careers from J.B. Hunt women

Ford and five other women from the information technology department at J.B. The gift is to help the nonprofit's effort to develop infrastructure and green space in its mission to "revitalize the city's original center of commerce," according to the news release. Tyson also announced that it will move its Northwest Arkansas employment center and company store to a building at 516 E. Emma Ave., according to the news release.
