The maker of Botox has appealed a $6.75 million verdict in the case of a couple who said Botox treatment of their son's cerebral palsy left him with life-threatening complications. The Burlington Free Press reports the appeal by Allergan Inc. to the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals comes a few weeks after a Vermont judge upheld the jury's decision.
