Summary The RF Business Operations Manager for Space Activities leads the RF team, and manages the key client accounts in this business. The RF team is in charge of the projects, operations maintenance MO linked with RF ground systems in the space sector antennas, ground systems subequipment and in an international and multicultural environment. The RF Business Operations Manager for Space Activities challenges are Developing the long term relationship with existingnew key client accounts Keeping the projects and MO activities in the budget, on time, in the scope, and within the customer satisfaction Leading on the field the activities and operations with an handson team spirit Duties Key account management duties Interfacing with customers to understand their demands, identify new sales opportunities, plan how to meet the demand, and generate sales for the company as a result Managing the daytoday business technical relationship with clients and maintainingdeveloping their confidence toward the company Preparing offers in collaboration with the Ground Systems Operations Unit Manager, participating in contract negotiations as technical expect, converting contracts into activities for the RF team. Education and experience This position is primarily RF technologyoriented and dedicated to engineers looking for adding business competences to their skills or moving smoothly to a business development position. Strong academic background in RF, and electromechanical engineering master or equivalent At least 6 years experience in RF ground systems antennas, subsystems At least 2 years experience in customer account management At least 6 years experience in project and team management Language skills Working language English French, Italian, or Spanish is an asset Computer skills Standard office software MSOffice, MSProject Certificates and licenses Any if necessary in the frame of the project Driving licence Required soft skills Innovative and entrepreneurial approaches, results oriented person Excellent communication and presentation skills Reliability Team management capability, good sense of organization of work, strong collaboration skills, work as a team member Analytical and critical thinking, rigor, accuracy Ability to work under pressure, and handle high level of workload Ability to work in an highly changing environment, openminded Ancillaries Position based in Transinne, Belgium Travels missions happen depending on the project needs Part on the oncall team Vitrociset Belgium is looking for a candidate with the profile described to deploy in Vitrociste Belgium Transinne.
