Senior Manager, Quality Assurance United States Manassas, Virginia ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The position is responsible for leading and developing Quality Assurance Performance QA initiatives across Global Services and acts as an enabler for customer satisfaction. The incumbent will be responsible for evaluation of Quality related aspects of technical vendors, driving systemic issues related to products and ensuring specifications as agreed by the PDE are meet by vendors.
