Hermetically sealed, ceramic, 6-pad package measures 2.5 x 2.0 mm, and frequency range is 8 MHz to 1.5 GHz. Able to operate at 2.5 or 3.3 V, clock oscillator is available with CMOS, LVPECL, or LVDS output options; enable or disable output can be included if required. All inclusive frequency stabilities down to ±30 ppm over a period of 10 years can be specified.
