A former manager of the Castalia Farms corporate retreat once owned by Owens-Illinois Inc. pleaded guilty Friday to wire fraud in a scheme prosecutors said resulted in the theft of millions of dollars in property and services. Michael Conrad, 48, of Castalia accepted a plea agreement in U.S. District Court that would result in a five-year prison sentence.

A Vallejo man pleaded guilty on Tuesday to possession of credit card-making equipment and aggravated identity theft, according to a press release from the Department of Justice. Gurpinder Sandhu, 47, of Vallejo, used stolen identification information to manufacture credit cards and IDs between July 2013 and September 2014, according to court documents.
