Membership of ASC elected 8 members to serve as Directors on the Council's Board, including: Ted Clark, Steve Rosenberg, Andy Johnston, Bob Marquette, Rusty Thompson, Chuck Williams, John Carroll, and Mark Schneider. Each Director will serve 3-year term beginning January 1, 2015. Each person was nominated by Council’s Board Nominating Committee, which meets once a year to discuss Board-level succession and determine who is interested in serving the Council as a Board Member. The issue of shares has resulted in changes in the number of shares and votes in SSAB as follows: Prior to the issuance of new shares, there were in total 323,934,775 shares in SSAB, of which 240,765,832 shares of series A and 83,168,943 shares of series B, corresponding to 249,082,726.3 votes in total.
