Managing laser fine-positioning for remote welding, intelliWELD II FT has integrated zoom axis that allows dynamic, step-less varying of spot size up to x1.5 accompanied by uniform intensity distribution. Scan head feature include sealed housing, encapsulated optical path, and replaceable protective window, and protective window monitoring is also standard. Galvanometer scanners minimize position drift, and optical components accommodate disc and fiber lasers with up to 8 kW power.
