Carriers contain Pentek FPGA intellectual property for A/D acquisition and D/A waveform playback, which is matched to four 500 MHz, 16-bit A/Ds and four 1.5 GHz, 16-bit D/As with digital up-converters on FMC. Software development tools enable rapid application development.
