ARM-based SoC scales from 24 to 48 cores in pin-compatible footprint and is fully cache coherent across dual sockets using Cavium Coherent Processor Interconnect. Supporting hundreds of Gigabits of I/O bandwidth, series features up to four DDR3/4 72-bit memory controllers capable of supporting 2,400 MHz memories with up to 1 TB of memory capacity in dual socket configuration.
