Champion Professional Grade Honing Oil (Part No. 4242) consists of base fluids and additives. Anti-oxidant protection and low-odor, extreme-pressure additives promote performance for honing ferrous alloys, provide corrosion protection, and are safe for use with yellow-metals, while low-viscosity, chlorine-free neat oil containing synthetic ester lubricity additive promotes surface finish quality on machining of hardened steels and nickel alloys. Anti-foam agents are also included.
