Amazon isn't the only one that wants to power buildings with data center waste heat

Mike Moriarty, Group Engineering manager for Hines, owner of KOMO Plaza, expects it will one day be more common to use waste heat from data centers to power nearby buildings. Amazon.com will use waste heat from another data center to heat its new high-rise campus in Seattle.
