CLEVELAND, November 14 - The Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen has reached a tentative contract agreement with CSX Transportation, Inc. . BLET National President Dennis R. Pierce announced that ballots were mailed today to active members of the BLET employed by CSX Transportation who are eligible to vote in the ratification of this agreement.
