Boyd Gaming issues statement on MGM Resorts International's relicensing in New Jersey

Boyd Gaming Corporation today issued the following statement in response to the New Jersey Casino Control Commission's ruling that found MGM Resorts International qualified to resume as a 50% owner of Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. Keith Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer of Boyd Gaming, said: "Boyd Gaming is pleased with today's decision by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.
