Canberra start-up signs $100 million carbon agreement in Singapore

Canberra and Singapore can learn from one another as "forward thinking" cities of trade and development, Chief Minister Andrew Barr said on Monday. Meeting with Singapore's Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Josephine Teo, Mr Barr kicked off a week-long trade mission that will include the island city-state, Hong Kong and China.
