Secomax™ CS100 sialon ceramic grade inserts with T-style edge, featuring free-cutting, sharp geometry, deliver strength, stability, and longevity needed for machining of nickel-based superalloys in unstable conditions. Inserts are available in 20° chamfers ranging from .002–.004 in. wide, and sharp, negative reinforced cutting edges absorb cutting force and pressure otherwise placed on machine setups/workpieces to help eliminate risk of workpiece deformation.
