NO NEWS is as delightful as hearing that one of us is thinking and acting big. How wonderful it was to hear about our own Mr Constain Chilala taking up the 11000 hectors in Lufwanyama and turning it into a sugarcane plantation with the hope of increasing competition in the sugar industry.
