Supplied in 4 x 2 x 8 in. package, CPL230 supports up to 6 channels of capacitive sensing for embedded OEM applications. Resolutions reach up to 0.0007% at 100 Hz or 0.004% at 15 kHz. Unit typically ships with 15 kHz bandwidth, and internal dip-switch can set bandwidth to 15 kHz, 10 kHz, 1 kHz, or 100 Hz. Along with 0.0004–0.5 in. measurement range, features include 0.5% FS typ linearity and 0.04% FS/°C thermal stability. Electronics can be installed in remote/limited-accessibility areas.
