Measuring 32 mm wide and 7 mm high, Model Q-632 features 30 mm turntable diameter with 360° rotation range. Piezo inertia drive micropositioning rotary stage delivers precision rotation with minimal incremental motion of 3 µrad in closed-loop operation and velocity of 45°/s. Self-clamping stick-slip motor design provides long-term power-off position-hold capabilities without need for brake. Stage is suitable for vacuum to 10-6 hPa; ultra-high vacuum-compatible versions are also available.
