The minimum level is a Master. More specifically, sound practical experience of Specification, implementation and validation of BusinessManagement Processes electronic workflow applied to large softwareintensive high availability operational systems, ideally in the field of Configuration Management minimum 3 years. Administration of the Serena Dimensions CM tool installation from scratch, release and patch upgrade, endtoend process model implementation and verification, monitoring minimum 2 years. Sound practical experience with an equivalent Configuration Management tool can be considered, providing the candidate starts his service with an extensive training on Serena Dimensions CM Administration. Software development with an object oriented programming language such as Java, C or vb.net. minimum 2 years. Software development environment such as Visual Studio minimum 2 years. SQL programming on Oracle or Sybase databases minimum 1 year Database administration NICETOHAVE SKILLS CONSIDERED AS AN ADVANTAGE Basic practical experience of Source code control tools such as CVS or Subversion. System administration preferably on UNIX. Configuration Management standards such as CMMI, ISO or ESA ECSS. will be considered as assets. TASKS These service requests are issued in the form of Work Packages with a maximum effort allocation and cover activities which can be any of the following Evolutive and corrective maintenance of the existing CM tool instances managing Changes and Configuration Items related to Programmes and Projects being developed by The Company, and to its Operational systems feasibility studies, user software requirements, development, documentation, unit and verification testing, deployment on test and operational environments Creation, modification, update and version trackingof following Configuration Items Documentation management and technical documents, including SpacecraftGround Segment operational procedures, manuals and guides HW items computers, infrastructure, Comms equipments SW items including SW applications, COTS and associated Licences, ... keeping up to date the mapping between SW and HWitems. Review and proposal of improvements to existing applicable Configuration Management processes and working practices More generally Planning and preparation of above mentioned new CM tool instances releases. Monitoring and tuning of the tools performances, and impact assessment on existing CM implementation. On a case by case basis, second level support to CMstakeholders support team, user representatives,....
