Cops: Prep student charged after false threat to jump in front of train

After calling the Metropolitan Transportation Authority 's hotline and saying he "might as well jump in front of a train" because trains were running late Tuesday afternoon, a Fairfield Prep student was charged with breach of peace after triggering an emergency response that caused even longer train delays.
