Crude oil incident evacuation plans scheduled for area neighborhoods

La Crosse County Emergency Management will hold informational meetings in the coming weeks on evacuation plans they have prepared. These plans have been created for six neighborhoods along the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad and will address evacuation concerns in the case of a railroad incident.
