Delgado Community College is offering 100 full scholarships to its welding school as part of a workforce development partnership with Praxair Inc., a major industrial gases company. NOLA.com/The Times-Picayune reports the partnership, known as the Praxair Skills Pipeline, has provided more than $300,000 to train new welders in an accelerated one-year program.
