Delta Downs to undergo expansion

The Beauregard Daily News reports the redesign, set for completion by 2016, will feature a new hotel tower and 167 additional guest rooms and suites. Boyd Gaming Corporation said in a news release Tuesday that food and beverage facilities will receive a face lift too and the special events center will be expanded to better accommodate meeting and banquet functions.
