Purpose of Public Notice The Utah Department of Environmental Quality is soliciting comments on its proposal to issue an Underground Injection Control Class III Solution Mining Area Permit under the authority of the Utah Water Quality Act, Section 19-5- 104 Utah Code Annotated 1953 as amended, and the Utah Administrative Code R317-7.
