We are currently looking for a Documentalist to support our customer in the United Kingdom. Documentalist Key Tasks and Responsibilities In this role you will be supporting the Telecommunications and Integrated Applications DTIA Directorate at ESAECSAT. You will have the following responsibilities Organise document registration, distribution and archiving Process configuration controlled document changes Supporting DTIA office in retrieving documents from Eclipse, Daptive, ecpb etc. Management of the Directors contacts database Ensure all documents are of high quality, configurationcontrolled and in compliance with relevant procedures and processes. Raise non conformances as required Provide documentation support to reviews and audits Provide documentation, administrative and logistic support to ensure an efficient running of the Programme Boards in close cooperation with the relevant secretaries Provide general support to the DTIA Director, the Executive Secretary and the Integrated and Telecommunicationsrelated Applications Department TIAA Ensure the continued operations of the Office Documentation Management Systems DMS in accordance with the ISO requirements and TIA processes Eclipse, Daptive and Sharepoint Maintaining the structure records and files on the Management Information Systems such as Eclipse and Daptive Supporting the ISO management system and processes. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent Several years of professional experience in a similar position Experience working with Eclipse, Daptive and Sharepoint Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Experience using standard office automation software packages, commercial database systems and electronic mail Reliability, rigor and initiative in the execution of the assigned work Experience working at ESA considered an advantage Willingness to travel Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
