Duke Energy is in the process of building a new wind farm in South Texas that will generate 200 megawatts of renewable power for Austin Energy . The latest wind farm is known as the Los Vientos III project, and cranes and wind turbines are sprouting like weeds in the ranch lands of deep South Texas.
