EU ambassador works to build support for free-trade treaty during TN visit

A proposed U.S.-European free-trade treaty -- known as the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, or TTIP -- could boost Tennessee's exports by 35 percent and create up to 13,000 new jobs, the European Union's ambassador to the United States said Tuesday during a visit to Nashville.
