EU finance ministers unable to reach agreement on digital tax

(Telecompaper) The EU finance ministers have not reached agreement on the proposed digital tax on online services. Despite a last-minute compromise proposal from France and Germany, the Council decided not to endorse the tax first proposed by the European Commission in March.
