Earth Observation Ground Systems Architects Analysts UK Category Information Technology City Leatherhead, Surrey, United Kingdom Position ID J02152039 Permanent Full Time Position Description CGI has immediate opportunities for technical architects and system analystsdesigners with uptodate experience of Earth Observation EO data processing systems, to build up a new team of technical analysts and system designers working in the Earth Observation domain in Leatherhead, Surrey Of specific interest is experience of working with the European Space Agencys Earth Observation payload data processing systems at ESRIN, or similar EO ground systems. We are looking for systems designers, analysts, technical architects, system integrators, and verification and validation experts. Experience in one or more of the following functional areas of the EO payload data ground systems Level 012 data processing systems EO data archiving and dissemination systems EO data calibration and validation systems EO data quality control quality assurance systems. 2. Experience of working on ground systems for operational Earth observation or meteorological space missions, in one or more of the following disciplines Requirements analysis System analysis and design Subsystem specification and design Systemsubsystem implementation System integration Verification and Validation. Highly desirable Experience of working on the ESAESRIN Earth Observation payload data ground systems, e.g. for missions such as Envisat, ESA Earth Explorers, or the Copernicus Sentinels.
