000 ABPZ20 KNHC 051139 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 400 AM PST Mon Nov 5 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Xavier, located about a hundred miles west-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico. A weak area of low pressure located about 800 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula is producing disorganized shower and thunderstorm activity.
