000 ABPZ20 KNHC 122330 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 400 PM PST Tue Nov 12 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: A broad area of low pressure located several hundred miles south of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Gradual development of this disturbance is possible over the next several days, and a tropical depression could form late this week while it moves slowly northward.
