000 ABPZ20 KNHC 260500 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1000 PM PST Mon Nov 25 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: A large area of disorganized cloudiness and thunderstorms extending from near the Baja California peninsula southwestward over the eastern Pacific for several hundred miles is associated with an upper-level low and a surface trough. Although this system is not expected to become a tropical cyclone, it will likely produce heavy rains and strong winds over portions of the Baja California peninsula and northwestern Mexico during the next couple of days.
