Ecopetrol Said to Seek Sale of Stake in Colombia's Invercolsa

Ecopetrol SA , Colombia 's national oil company, is exploring the sale of its stake in gas investment company Invercolsa SA, two people with knowledge of the matter said, following a multiyear legal battle over part of the holding. Ecopetrol has sent teasers to potential buyers to weigh their interest in the stake, according to one of the people, who asked not to be identified discussing a private asset sale.
