FERC In Agreement with Madigan Regarding Electricity Capacity Prices

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, or FERC issued a decision in agreement with Attorney General Lisa Madigan. The commission says the rules governing the auction which sets electricity capacity prices in Southern IL are "not just and reasonable."
