National Public Radio: The main hall of the COP21 climate meetings outside Paris echoed with applause from a standing ovation Saturday, after France's Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius presented the final draft of an agreement aimed at curbing global warming that will face a ratification vote within hours.
Fabius told the delegations, "You go into this room to decide a historic agreement. The world holds its breath and it counts on you."
