Ruggedized for automotive and industrial applications, CMT-ANTARES delivers up to 200 mA to output load from 5.5–30 V input. Output voltage is stabilized to 5 V ±5%, including all possible variations: initial accuracy, temperature changes from -55 to +175°C (Tj), line and load regulations. Immune to latch-up and resistant to ESD events up to 6 KV (HBM), chip is also protected against short circuits and power overloading by current limiter and has OTP triggering above 225°C (Tj).
