France-based Total has agreed to divest all of its interests in the Frigg UK Pipeline (FUKA), the Shetland Island Regional Gas Export System (SIRGE) gas pipelines, and the St Fergus Gas Terminal to UK's North Sea Midstream Partners, in a transaction
