SAN JOSE, Calif., Dec. 10, 2014 -- GainSpan Corporation, a leader in wireless connectivity solutions for the Internet of Things , today announced that its GS2000 Wi-Fi modules have been awarded several key Wi-Fi CERTIFIED approvals by Wi-Fi Alliance. The family of low-power modules have been officially certified in these areas: Wi-Fi CERTIFIED b/g/n, WPA -Enterprise, WPA-Personal, WPA2-Enterprise, WPA2- Personal, and Wi-Fi Protected Setup, as well as Wi-Fi CERTIFIED WMM and WMM-Power Save.
