Diluting emission from permeation or diffusion tubes with inert gas, FlexStream™ Modular Gas Standards Generator creates trace concentration gas mixtures. Internal microprocessor is used to set operating mode and adjust dilution flows to achieve desired concentrations. System can have 1–6 modular channels and supports mixtures containing up to 48 components.
