A Houston energy company executive says a proposed natural gas pipeline from Pennsylvania to New England would help reduce costs and keep businesses from moving out of the region. Allen Fore, vice president of public affairs at Kinder Morgan, spoke to a Connecticut Business and Industry Association gathering on Friday.
