Gas station attendant commended for foiling armed robbery

Police are praising the quick-thinking of a Petro Canada employee that prevented a potential armed robbery on Edmonton Trail on Nov. 21. At 2:30 a.m., Airdrie RCMP were dispatched to the gas station, with the assistance of the RCMP Police Dog Service.
