Gastar Changes Jurisdiction, Company Name

Gastar Exploration Ltd. has changed its jurisdiction of incorporation from Alberta, Canada to the State of Delaware effective immediately, the company announced Nov. 14. In connection with the move to Delaware, Gastar has also filed a new certificate of incorporation.
