Gastar Receives Partial Over-Allotment Option

Gastar Exploration Ltd. announced Nov. 1 that the underwriters of Gastar Exploration USA Inc.'s public offering of 2 million shares of its series B cumulative preferred stock sold at $25 per share have partially exercised their option to purchase additional shares to cover over allotments.
