NextGear Capital has appointed Peter Grupposo as Vice President of Operations and Business Development. Grupposo will be responsible for leading the companys market portfolio strategies and field operations structure, and he will serve out of the companys headquarters in Carmel, Ind. Grupposo began his career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and then began working with NextGear Capital's predecessor, Dealer Services Corporation, in 2005 in the New England region.
