Supporting HART® Protocol Revision 7, Rosemount™ 8800 Vortex flowmeters offer facilitated in-field identification, commissioning, and configuration. HART 7 Locate Device feature displays visible code on device's LCD screen. Supporting up to 32 characters, Long Tag feature allows detailed device name to be viewed or loaded into flowmeter. Burst mode capabilities of HART 7 also allows meter to burst up to 8 variables and to trigger messages based on process events.
