Hawaiian Airlines parent adjusts incentive plan over potential high costs

Hawaiian Airlines has amended its 2015 stock incentive plan after Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. , an advisory firm to institutional investors, recommended that shareholders vote against it, citing excessive costs. The board of directors of Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. , parent company of Hawaiian Airlines, previously approved the plan to be sent to stockholders.
