Consisting of GaAIAs IR emitting diode optically coupled with integrated photo detector, VOW135/136/137/2611 isolate low- to high-voltage circuits in alternative energy systems and industrial applications. Optocouplers, which feature safety isolation as well as internal Faraday shield, provide V<sub>IOTM</sub> of 8,000 V and V<sub>IORM</sub> of 1,414 V and offer external creepage distance of >10 mm.
