Suited for measuring DC and AC currents up to 200 kHz, MLX91209CA Linear Hall IC has programmable 5–150 mV/mT sensitivity range. Thermal and lifetime stability provides engineers with fully programmable critical characteristics to meet various current sensing applications. Parameters, such as sensitivity and offset, are stored in internal EEPROM; calibration is accomplished using PTC protocol; and linear analog output permits use of sensor in applications requiring 3 µsec response.
